How to use PetPace

Learn how to use PetPace to shape a safer and more useful dog walk.

1. Name the walk honestly

Use a real label like “lunch break reset” or “storm-window potty walk” so the plan is anchored to the outing you’re actually about to do.

2. Set the real risks

Heat, pavement, thunder, and dog age change the right walk more than motivation does. Pick the pressure honestly.

3. Read the route and pace together

A long route with a low-bandwidth handler or a hot dog is often the wrong answer even if the dog seems eager at the door.

4. Respect the recovery step

Water, cooldown, paw wipe, and decompression are part of the walk when weather or stimulation runs high.
