OfferOrbit privacy

OfferOrbit is a browser-first comparison tool. The current version does not require login and does not ask for CV uploads, government IDs, or banking details.

What the app stores

Your current comparison can be stored locally in your browser so the tool reopens with the latest state. That data stays on your device unless you choose to copy or share it.

What the app does not do

• It does not create an account.
• It does not transmit your compensation notes to a remote profile.
• It does not contact recruiters or employers on your behalf.
• It does not verify any employment claims automatically.

Use with care

If you use real employer names or confidential package details on a shared browser profile, someone else using the same device could see them later. Keep the labels general if that matters.

Future versions

If later versions add saved history, collaborative advisor links, or imported offer documents, the privacy model should be updated before those features go live.
