Il modello e' euristico: combina massa, temperatura, spessore, pigmento e ventilazione per stimare finestra utile, rischio calore e rischio bolle. Le soglie sono conservative per piccoli lavori creativi da banco.

• La finestra utile si accorcia con massa alta, temperatura alta e pigmento.
• Il rischio calore cresce con massa, spessore e temperatura stanza.
• Il rischio bolle cresce con umidita', numero stampi, spessore e pigmento; ventilazione ordinata lo abbassa.
• La timeline usa offset pratici: preparazione, mix, riposo, file stampi, controllo bordo, copertura, gel e sformo.

Limite: prodotti reali hanno chimiche diverse. La scheda tecnica e le norme di sicurezza prevalgono sempre.

Method

The model is heuristic: it combines mass, temperature, layer depth, pigment and ventilation to estimate useful window, heat risk and bubble risk. Thresholds are conservative for small creative bench pours.

• The useful window shortens with high mass, high temperature and pigment.
• Heat risk rises with mass, layer depth and room temperature.
• Bubble risk rises with humidity, mold count, depth and pigment; orderly ventilation lowers it.
• The timeline uses practical offsets: setup, mix, rest, mold rows, rim check, cover, gel and demold.

Limit: real products use different chemistries. The technical data sheet and safety rules always take priority.
