Imposta formato, atti, numero di oggetti, squadra, spazio e rischio. La plancia aggiorna prontezza, silenzio, passaggi e recupero. Usa la mappa per dividere oggetti pronti, rientri e fragili; poi apri Cue per assegnare proprietari e riserve. Il Brief e gli export JSON/CSV sono pensati per la prova generale o per un messaggio alla squadra.
Se un punteggio scende sotto 55, riduci gli oggetti davanti, aumenta le riserve o aggiungi buffer prima del sipario.

Set format, acts, prop count, crew, backstage space and risk. The board updates readiness, quiet, handoffs and recovery. Use the map to separate ready props, returns and fragile items; then open Cues to assign owners and backups. The Brief and JSON/CSV exports are meant for dress rehearsal or a crew message.
If a score drops below 55, reduce front-table props, add backups or increase buffer before curtain.
