CrewCanopy privacy

CrewCanopy is intentionally simple. The planner runs in the browser and does not require an account, login, or server-side data storage for normal use.

What the app handles

• Shift details that you type into the form, such as heat conditions, crew size, and work posture.
• Those values may appear in the page URL after a run so you can bookmark or share the scenario.

What CrewCanopy does not do

• No user account creation.
• No database storage of scenario inputs.
• No promise of medical monitoring, legal compliance, or emergency dispatch.

Operational caution

If you share a CrewCanopy link, remember that the URL may contain the exact scenario values you entered. Avoid putting personal medical details or private identifiers into the crew label field.
