- Attesa: scende quando persone/ora superano la capacita stimata delle cabine.
- Pulizia: sale con scorte e minuti staff; scende con affluenza e vincoli.
- Accesso: premia cabine accessibili, corridoio leggibile e luce sufficiente.
- Calma: combina pressione, notte/alcol, staff e chiarezza del flusso.

- Wait: drops when people per hour exceed the estimated stall capacity.
- Cleanliness: improves with stock and staff minutes; drops with attendance and constraints.
- Access: rewards accessible stalls, readable corridor and adequate light.
- Calm: combines pressure, late-night/alcohol, staff and flow clarity.
